Refund and Returns Policy for Carximocity

At Carximocity, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion items and ensuring that every shopping experience with us is pleasant and satisfying. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange your items, whether it’s for a different size, color, or simply because the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Therefore, we have created this Refund and Returns Policy to guide you through the process of returning or exchanging your purchase.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Carximocity accepts returns and exchanges on items that meet the following criteria:

Timeframe for Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. After the 30-day period has passed, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Condition of Items

  • All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging (if possible).
  • For clothing returns, the item should not have been worn or damaged in any way (including stains, tears, or odors).
  • Products that are altered, worn, washed, or missing tags will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

There are a few types of products that we cannot accept for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Intimate apparel, such as lingerie and swimwear (unless the hygienic seal is still intact)
  • Gift cards, which are non-returnable
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Any final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at info@carximocity.com or call (718) 217-2528 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.).

Step 2: Return Authorization

After receiving your return request, our customer service team will review your inquiry and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA), which must be included with the returned item. The RA number ensures that we can quickly process your return.

Step 3: Prepare the Return Package

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if available), including all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the return package.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Step 4: Ship the Return

  • Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely and that you have proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the returned items.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing tags), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return altogether.
  • We may also charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes any shipping costs paid for the initial order, as well as the costs incurred for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will happily assist you in the exchange process. Please follow the steps below to complete an exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Contact us at info@carximocity.com or by calling (718) 217-2528 to initiate the exchange. Be sure to let us know the item(s) you want to exchange and the new size, color, or style you would prefer.

Step 2: Return the Original Item

  • To process the exchange, the original item must first be returned to us. Please follow the standard return procedure for this.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent).

Step 3: Exchange Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size, color, or style. If the exchange item is not in stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or suggest an alternative product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Notify Us Immediately

  • Please contact info@carximocity.com or call (718) 217-2528 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide a detailed description of the damage or defect, along with clear photos of the issue.

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and cover the cost of return shipping.
  • You will have the option to receive a replacement item or a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

Refund Processing for Damaged Goods

  • Refunds for defective or damaged items will be issued for the full amount of the purchase, including the return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, we ask that you contact us immediately after placing the order. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, and once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, if the order has not been processed or shipped, we will happily cancel it for you and issue a full refund.


7. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please note the following:

Customs Fees and Import Duties

  • You will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your return shipment.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about international returns and the applicable charges.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Refund Processing for International Returns

  • Refunds for international returns will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Please note that processing times may be longer due to international banking procedures.
